Engagement with Web-Wave.io constitutes a service agreement between the Client and Web-Wave.io. The terms of this agreement include the scope of services, pricing, payment terms, and duration of the engagement. Additional terms and conditions may be outlined in a separate contract or agreement between the parties.

4. Fees and Payments:

Clients agree to pay the fees specified for the services provided by Web-Wave.io. Payment terms, including billing cycles and accepted payment methods, will be outlined in the service agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.

5. Intellectual Property:

All intellectual property rights related to the services provided by Web-Wave.io, including but not limited to campaign strategies, ad creatives, and analytics reports, belong to Web-Wave.io. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these materials solely for the purpose of their Google Ads campaigns.

6. Confidentiality:

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of their engagement. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, customer data, and campaign performance metrics.

7. Limitation of Liability:

Web-Wave.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or inability to access our website. Our liability is limited to the fees paid by the Client for the specific services provided.

8. Termination:

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the Client remains responsible for any outstanding fees owed to Web-Wave.io for services rendered up to the termination date.

9. Modification of Terms:

Web-Wave.io reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after the posting of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.

10. Governing Law:

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
